Has anyone tried to organize a gluten-free breakfast with Santa or the Easter Bunny?  My son is seven and my window of opportunity for him to experience this is swiftly closing.

How did you organize it?  
Who sponsored it and where? 
How did you advertise it?
How much did you charge?
How many people came?
What was your overall impression of the event? 
What would you do the same?  
What would you do differently?
