To all who are thinking of buying a flour mill;

I have the Magic Mill III+($220.00) adv.in the CSA/USA news letter and
also the Vita-Mix($449.00) They both some-what grind flour from most all
grains. However, in my opion not fine enough. I have found that with
gluten free flours you need them to be as fine as you can grind them and
these do not. I have made bread from rice flour ground in both and all
my attemps(and they were many)were; very gritty, low volume and bad
texture. I now buy my rice and tapioca flours at my local Oriental food
store. These flours are very finely ground and make excellent baked
goods.

THE ABOVE IS MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION!!!
