The Rockford Area Celiac Sprue Association will be
having its next meeting on Wednesday, January 31,
2007, at 7:00 pm.  We will be meeting at OSF St.
Anthony's Hospital in the meeting rooms just to the
right of the front entrance.  Our speaker will be Dr.
Aaron Shiels from Rockford Gastroenterology.  He will
give a short presentation and then have a question and
answer session.  Please bring a GF item to share if
you are able and bring the recipe so that everyone can
verify the ingredients as we have several people with
other restrictions in addition to gluten.  Any
