For anyone interested, here is the reply from Hormel when I asked about
wheat in the hash.

After the post about this product, I left a question at Hormel's website.
Unfortunately I don't have the original post from the lady who put it up
about the hash.  Maybe you would send it to me off list so I can read it
again.  Notice the legal disclaimer below.  A new wrinkle in cya ...........
