Hello all:

I like the idea of substituting quinoa for bulgar wheat in Tabbouli salad.
However, my research (CSA Handbook) says it contains a small amount of
gluten. I just bought some special boxes of Quinoa from Lakewinds in
Minnetonka, MN. The brand name is Seeds of Change 100% certified organic and
it is a new product. On the side of the box, it says vegetarian appropriate
and gluten free. Anyone know the scoop???

Thanks,

Lisa
