* Drink Ginger Tea. Ginger is anti-inflammatory and great for ridding the body of toxins. It is also a digestive aid and can reduce feelings of nausea and vomiting. Mix 1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot with 6-8 ounces boiling water. Steep five minutes, Do this up to three times daily

* Ginger is a natural product. Do NOT ingest ginger before speaking to your doctor if you take a blood thinner (ginger can increase the risk of bleeding), if you take medicine for diabetes (ginger can lower blood sugar), or if you take medicine for high blood pressure ( ginger can lower blood pressure).

* Drink two kinds of water. Liquids are important. Drink ginger tea, pure water and coconut water. After gluten contamination, sip water throughout the day, at least 60 ounces of water. Coconut water contains potassium and various antioxidants that will help your body recover.

* Get rest. Sleep makes our bodies repair. If you ingest gluten, you need time to heal. Take a break from activity for a day or two and allow healing

* Stay away from all dairy products (eggs are not dairy). Dairy is inflammatory to the human body and blocks nutrient uptake in the small intestine Even if you normally consume dairy products, your body will recover from accidentally ingesting gluten much faster if you lay off the dairy.

* chicken soup healing when made with homemade stock.

* avocados are easy to digest have vitamins B, K, and E and potassium and monounsaturated fat
