Summary of postings seem to be that the tannin in the tea acts
negatively with the calcium making it inavailable to the body. Those of
you who are delighted about the melting of the calcium, however, might
try what I am going to do and that is melt the tablets in hot milk - in
my case hot rice milk. If worse comes to worse I'll melt them in hot
water and add a little honey. Thanks to everyone who answered my
posting. The real good news is that gluten free is printed on the box.
Seeing those two words on a product just makes my day. I use Citracal
plain without D. Good luck and good health. Jackie in Maryland
