It is a real pleasure to go to a restaurant and ask for a gluten free menu
and one is presented to you. I have done this twice now at Smokey Bones and
they have a complete list of menu items that are gluten-free from their
corporate office via computer.

The food was served with a piece of bread on top, but because you ask for
it to be gluten-free and no bread products touching it, they happily take
it back and start over. (We watched it happen both times).

I have no financial interest in this restaurant, I just think that it is
wonderful to have them aware and informed. It can only get better!
