I have finally found a source for the book.  It is available through:  Home

card orders.  The item# is RBCB and the price is $14.95 plus $2 shipping.
Tax is charged for Missouri residents.
    I have no interest in this business, but this is a GREAT book full of
recipes using bean flours and I believe also gives some sources to purchase
the flours, if you have no way to grind your own.  Some of the recipes are
not gluten free, but could easily be adapted.
