getting alot of good feedback on my suggestions about allergies.

something else that may help you...it did me. IN THIS COUNTRY, COTTONS ARE FINISHED WITH FORMALDAHYDE. It's that funny smell when you open a pkg of sheets. It is carcinogenic and causes "colds" or allergic attacks. If you wake up in the morning with stuffed nose, it is probably the sheets.

WASHING DOES NOT REMOVE THE FORMALDAHYDE. But this will.....into your wash water, place a cup of baking soda OR borax OR borateem and just wash away. Your clothes will come out clean, stains gone and very soft. You only have to do it once.

A chiropractor friend used to wake up with stuffed nose every day. I told him this trick. He was so happy with it that he did every piece of cotton he owned.
Get in the habit of doing this whenever you buy new clthes or sheets...esp clothes for children
