I had a large tumor removed from my bladder about 3 weeks ago. I've been told
that it's probably not related to CD, and no one knows why I had a tumor. The
reason I'm telling everyone is because I'm self-diagnosed and have been gluten
free for over two years. I just want to tell other people who are self
diagnosed that you still need to be checked out to make sure that you don't have
anything else that could be causing your symptoms. It has not changed my diet.
I still react to gluten and a lot of other things (vinegar, dairy, etc) although
the reactions seem less severe now that the tumor is gone.
