The No-milk list (Milk/Casein/Lactose-free mailing list) is an open,
unmoderated discussion list for those following a milk/casein/lactose-free
diet, and for people with an interest in milk-free issues.

The discussions will include the latest scientific research,
advice and debate on all milk-related health problems;
information on what food is milk/casein/lactose-free and what is not;
tips on how to eat out of the house, how to cope issues, including
coping with the developmental delays and behavioral changes sometimes
brought on or aggravated by milk (Autism, Asperger's, Attention Deficit,
etc.); recipes and tips on how to cook milk/casein/lactose-free.

Plans are in place for a lively and varied discussion on all aspects of
milk intolerance and allergy, and the many associated health problems.
These may include: asthma and bronchial conditions; excema and
other skin conditions; lactose intolerance in celiac disease; chronic
constipation and/or diarrhoea and other gastro-intestinal troubles
such as Crohns disease and colitis; lactase deficiency; autism and
aspergers syndrome; attention deficit disorder and hyperactive disorder.
