Since we celiacs are prone to high cholestrol, I thought I'd share this
really good news.

My last blood test 3 months ago, showed cholestrol of 330. My md was
making noises about Lipitor which I blew off...hate that stuff and I
react badly to meds. Instead I asked my nutritionist if there were
anything else I could do and she said 'CHINESE RED YEAST', available in
health food stores. You take 2 pills 2x a day. According to the health
food store owner, you can expect a decrease of about 25%.

Well, I just got my latest blood test results....Cholestrol dropped to
265!!!! a total of 60 pts...that's much more than 25%.

Chinese Red Yeast has been approved by the FDA.

I'm really excited about this......and there are NO side effects
