As a newly diagnoised Coeliac who is planning to travel and trek in Mongolia, I would be grateful for any practical tips or pointers.  

I picked up an infection in Mali which seems to have triggered CD, but don't want to give up the travel addiction. My current plans include Mongolia, Ethiopia and the Indian Himalaya. 

Since I often stay in small remote communities, being self sufficient may be the only solution
