I had trouble summarizing so this took longer than expected.

Lots of people recommended the Outback Restaraunt, PF Changs, WEndys and
McDonalds.

Stores include Tongs in Couer, River City Nutrition Center, Nutrition
Stop,
Wild Oats in Laudue and a Whole Foods near the Galleria Shopping Mall.

Ozzies, Applebees, Fridays all have all beef burgers which can be served
with
veggies and a potato.

St. Louis Bread Co. is a semi-fast place located (everywhere) but I go to
the one in the Galleria mall. I can go there without drooling over the
baked goods but you will have to make your own mind up on that one.
