Dear Listmembers, Here are two more recipes for Holiday goodies. I haven't
tried these.
Chocolate Chip Eggnog Balls
2-3 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
4 cups sifted confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tespoon brandy extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 tespoon nutmeg
1/2 cup small semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups finely chopped pecans
Combine cream cheese, conf. sugar, cream, extract, and spices. Beat until
creamy. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie
sheets. Chill 5 minutes. Roll into balls. Coat completely with nuts.*
The Gluten Free Pantry sells small chocolate chips that are both GF and
lactose free.

Meringue Wreaths
2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup small semi-sweet chocolate chips
