Hi listmates from Down Under.
I am currently planning a month long trip through Italy, taking in Rome, Venice, Florence,Como, Cinque terre & Positano, The thought of eating there gluten free seems daunting,, I plan to contact the Coeliac society in Italy, but in the meantime would appreciate any tips etc from the list. Thanks in anticipation,,,I will summarise
