Hi everyone, 

 

FYI: Bellow is a response received from Norwegian Cruise Lines on their GF
service.  Does anyone have personal experience with Norwegian to complement
this info?

Please be advised that we can accommodate this type of special dietary need
onboard our ships. However since we have to order our gluten free vendors
from an outside vendor I need for you to follow the following steps once you
have made a reservation.

 

1.	Go over the attached list of gluten free foods and select the items
that you will like for us to provide during your cruise.
2.	email us back with your selection, reservation number and name
3.	this must be done at least 1 month prior to the sailing
4.	Once you board the ship you must meet with the restaurant manager
and maitre d' to introduce yourself to them and to go over your special
dietary needs and the preparation of your meals.

 

We cannot assure anyone that foods can be guaranteed to be 100% safe from
contamination with food allergens.  We can, and will, make every effort to
continue to provide our Guests with the support that they require to
experience and safe and uneventful voyage, as evidenced by the
correspondence currently taking place!
