Recently I asked for info on gf outlets in Holland, MI. I got several
responses (Thanks!!) and here they are:

There are two "health food" stores, Apple Valley and Nature's Market. I
visited Apple Valley and was very pleased with them. Their corn
spaghetti was great and the two kinds of gf snack crackers tasted
wonderful when my family set up hors'd oeuvres, and I could actually
have some!  Besides the usual "chain" restaurants (Applebee's, Red
Lobster, Ruby Tuesday's) I was told to try Til Midnight. I didn't have a
chance this time, but will go there when I'm back in Holland over Christmas.

This Celiac site is wonderful! I'm looking forward to traveling more, now
that I have a reference source, to help out.
