Hi,

My sister is wondering if anyone out there has come up with a good concise letter to the classroom teacher for a Celiac child. This is her 8 year old daughter's first year gf in school. My sister is hoping for a letter that will explain to the teacher the seriousness of this condition and the necessity for 100% compliance. She mentioned it last year and got blank stares so is hoping for greater compliance/understanding...something that is formal enough to be convincing and maybe even a little intimidating!!! She gets the feeling that this is perceived as "just another diet".

Thanks for your help!

Kate
