Hi Listmates,

A member of my support group has been taking synthroid by Knoll Pharmaceuticals for several years and called today to verify current gluten status.

She was told that Knoll has been bought out by Abbott Labs.  They claim that it "should" be GF, however, they cannot verify the ingredients that other vendors down the line may purchase and use to make the product.

Do any of you know of any other thyroid medications that have recently been verified to be gluten free so that I can tell her?

Any help that you can give us will be greatly appreciated.
