Dear Gluten-Free Bakers,
Happy June! With summer fast approaching, I know that you might not
want to think about baking! But with summer comes cookouts! Treat
yourself to homemade hot dog (or hamburger) buns or delicious homemade
graham crackers (for s'mores) with my cookbook, "Easy Gluten-Free
Baking.")

In Easy Gluten-Free Baking you'll find:
*Easy-to-follow recipes that produce baked goods that taste just like
their wheat counterparts!

*Recipes that use easy-to-find ingredients (no bean flours, soy flours
or anything else that is expensive or hard-to-find.).

*Recipes for yeast breads, muffins, cakes, cookies and even a "Tastes
Like" chapter where I have made brand-name favorites gluten-free!

"Easy Gluten-Free Baking" can be found on-line at Amazon.com (
http://tinyurl.com/elizabethbarbone ) or at a bookstore near you! (If
you don't see it at a local bookstore, I'd love it if you requested
the book!)

If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope you enjoy the book!
