I JUST found out that The Mellow Mushroom restaurant in Burlington, NC is serving gluten free pizza and Redbridge beer. There has been no advertisement for this. If there is no advertisement and they are a test market, how can they accurately determine if this will be a successful venture. I guess I need to email corporate. I'm pretty excited about this, however!
