Hi all!

We recently used some Arrowhead Mills cornmeal (please
no flaming emails on how it's not produced in a
dedicated facility- we're aware) and have found that
it is too finely ground for our taste. We would
prefer cornmeal more like the Quaker brand. We also
need to find polenta-quality cornmeal and grits.

I checked the archives and there was nothing really
recent on this. So, I figured I'd informally poll the
group on the favorite/preferred/trusted brands of the
following:

1. Cornmeal (general purpose for cornbread and what
not)

2. Grits

3. Polenta-grade cornmeal

4. Quick-cooking Polenta-grade cornmeal (the type
I've seen in 30 minute meal recipes)

I promise to summarize and thank you all in advance
for your suggestions!
