I think I posted about the India Palace restaurant which opened recently RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO WHERE I WORK!  I can go in for the lunch buffet and ask the owner what's safe for me to eat.  He'll point out 2 or 3 dishes that have gluten in them and I can eat all the others.  I have eaten at the buffet 2X and supper twice with no trouble.  The food is terrific.  If you have some excuse to come this way or travel on I-40, it's about 3 miles off the freeway.  You go due north on Hwy 135, turn right on 1st st. and go 2 blocks.  I love curries and cook them a lot at home, but I am a bit of a wimp.  Their food is only a little hotter than what I cook at home.    Donna
