I was diagnosed by ttg and biopsy 2 years ago, and have been strictly GF
ever since. Frustratingly, my ttg antibody levels have not budged. I
consider myself extremely well informed, and have not had a gluten reaction
in over a year (my symtoms have completely cleared up). I eat out only
rarely, and our household is GF (well, my partner drew the line at beer, but
we're careful about it). Followup biopsy at 2 years was normal. Anyone
else out there with a similar experience? I believe that I've actually had
Celiac for close to 30 years, and I'm wondering if there's a correlation
between duration of undiagnosed illness and the time it takes for antibodies
to normalize.
