So I was just diagnosed with CD 3 weeks ago. All my research made me believe I should get a bone density test. After 3 weeks of pushing, I finally had it scheduled for today. Unfortunately, at the age of 44, I have Osteopenia in my hips and back and Osteoporisis in my neck. Reading more about it has me pretty scared. I can't recall if this is something that is reversible in Celiac patients? Anyone have one or both of these that can offer advice?
