Most all suggested Fresh mushrooms and if not second suggestion was mushroom
in a jar not a can.


Mushrooms  fresh mushrooms first stir fry them (sliced) in olive oil with
salt and pepper, drain them before topping the pizza.

Green giant bottled mushrooms.

For the mushrooms, I use shiitakes that I cut up and cook first in water,
 butter, salt and pepper. Drain then put on pizza--on top the cheese.

oil after cutting them.
