In regard to my quick note about Amway vitamins being gf, I have
received an extensive ingredients list.
Although the ingredients do not contain the actual words wheat,
barley etc. (except for the vitimin B) they do list some of those hidden
possibilities of unknown source. So I sat down with my computer
compton's encyclopedia and dictionary and found some interesting things.

Tocopheryl - which is in most of the vitimans could be from
wheat germ, cotton seed or lettuce. They do not tell us which source.
Thiamine - comes from the outer coating of cereal grains, peas,
beans, liver etc. Once again they do not tell which source.
Maltodextrin - I have heard a lot of talk about this. Some say
it's GF other say it's not. Is it? This is in just about everything.

There were many other things that I could not find in my
encyclopedia. Any thoughts on this I would like to hear about it.
