Re GF eating in Chicago: Ric Feifer mentioned my bakery, Ganache in
Evanston IL. Yes, my daughter is celiac and we do make various
gluten-free cookies, especially macaroons, which can be shipped to other
states. You can call me at 1-800-736-3986. For bread, at home we bake
with the fabulous mixes from the Gluten-Free Pantry in CT. Thanks for
the tip on Lucky Platter; we live nearby and didn't know they would cook
gluten-free. Jane Davis
