Can anyone tell me what it means when the thyroid globulin antibody is very high?

I had developed a small swelling in the front of my throat and thats what drove me to the doctor. They took a TSH and the thyroid was very slightly elevated(4) so they decided not to treat it as it may affect the celiac negatively and my doctor also said I had a very high thyroid globulin antibody level. This was about 5 yrs. ago, my thyroid level taken in Nov was in the normal range(2.30)

Thanks Janet White
