i wrote up answers i've found on my website
http://www.lightlink.com/lark/why.html

It includes information on food intolerance, including gluten --
enterolab's testing showed i had the celiac antibodies they tested for

allergies, "hypoglycemia" (really some hormonal problem), and some
speculation on how to make one's body more stress-resistant. Stress being
a big underlying cause of all these things. Keep on taking a look at this
website, it may change!

it was pointed out to me that the warrior diet is 20 hour fast and 4 hour
feast, not 20 hour fast/20 hour feast.
i think my unconscious is speaking :) Actually some people do fast every
other day like the mice did in the experiments.
