I was watching the Today Show yesterday (Monday) and in the cooking segment,
the famous Ming chef cooked several dishes designed for Al's daughter who
they mentioned was eating gluten free. If this is old news, forgive me. Al
didn't say his daughter was celiac, but apparently, the family is trying to
accommodate his daughter's gluten free diet. Good for them! Wish they had
said more about her diet and why she was eating GF, but just mentioning the
phrase 'gluten free' is a plus for us, no matter how it comes out -
usually. ~~Ayn in Alabama
