First and foremost, no company tests for the presence of gluten. Their labeling, GF, is rooted in the fact that psyllium husk is naturally gluten free. However, buyer BEWARE. NO company checks to ensure that the psyllium product they buy is grown/harvested/stored/transported/processed in a way that keeps the product gluten free. Think oats that are not certified gluten free.

Thank being said, as I was looking for a confirmed GF product I do not have one to share with you.

A regular poster did share that Annalise Roberts and Beth Hillson have had poor results with psyllium husk. They shared the following link http://bit.ly/GF_Bake and directions to select the blog in the center.
