An interesting article on the Prevention website - "The Right Time for
Cereal." It cites a University of Colorado study about reducing Celiac risk
for children if you delay their first introduction to cereal?

I don't quite understand how that fits with the genetics. It seems to me
that a child predisposed to Celiac will be symptomatic sooner or later, but
I'm no expert either.

Regardless, if I had small children, I'd delay gluten until this picture
gets clearer. It couldn't hurt.
