The Quinoa Company, that makes the Ancient Harvest pasta, states on it's
packages that it's pasta is gluten free, which would mean that it belives
Quinoa to be gluten free.  I just moved, so all my "special" foods are still
in boxes, so I don't have access to the address at the moment.  Sorry.
