Thanks for the tip. I plan to get the Bette Hagman's coookbook as soon as
my Canadian Celiac Association membership comes through as I will geta
bit of a discount on some supplies bought. The book is $20.00 in Canada.
Anyway it does sound like a totally essential cookbook, from what I have
heard the best GF one on the market. I will use your suggestion of using
either shortening or dairy-free margarine which I just purchased. Thanks
again.
