Running a "Find" command on "soy sauce" through the past logs on my hard
disk I find the following:

 Chung King
 some San-J Tamuris
 Eden Brand Tamuri Soy Sauce
 Braggs Liquid Animos
 there are also some other wheat free tamuris in the health food stores.
   check the ingredient lists.
