Are you sure this is DH?  I've been told by several specialists that DH
is an autoimmune disease which is not caused or aggravated by exposure
to external agents.

Have you been biopsied during these episodes?  Its possible you have
some other kind of rash that would respond to specific medical treatment.

Then again, if I'm wrong, I'd like to know.  Does anyone have citations
to the medical literature?
