My son's Home Ec teacher called me last week to go over what they will be cooking in the next few weeks and she wants my son to be able to eat.  They are making cinnamon buns this week.  I am not a baker!!!! I sent in rice flour & yeast.  She tested the yeast and it did not work in wheat flour, she is concerned that the white rice flour won't work either.

What do I send in??? What kind of yeast do I get??? Help!
