The Celiac Disease Foundation is moving its Annual Education Conference and
Food Faire, from November to May.  This year's Faire will be held on May 23rd
In Pasadena, California.

It's All About Food, The International Taste of Gluten Free, will be a very
interesting and exciting day.  The format this year will be food tasting from
many restaurants and vendors including Jody Maroni Sausages, Wolfgang Puck's
Citywalk Cafe, P.F. Chang's and Peets Coffee, El Cholo Mexican Restaurants,
Maurizio's Italian Pizzeria, Kozy Shack, BH International Bakery, K & Bee Baking,
Amy's Pizza and Ramapo Valley Brewery.

For those of you yearning for beer and pizza, this is the time and the place
to have it!

If you are a newbie with lots of questions, this is the time and place to
have them answered.

For you who love to cook, we will have cooking demonstrations by LynnRae
Ries, Steve Rice and Chef Aaron Flores.

 For you who want the most up to date medical information available, Dr.
Michelle Pietzak from Los Angeles Children's Hospital, will speak on The
Importance of Strong Bones.  Michelle Melin-Rogovin, Program Director, University of
Chicago Celiac Disease Program, will speak on Taming Temptation-Tidbits fro
Everyday Life.

A blood draw will be done for genetic testing, for those who qualify.  To see
if you qualify, contact Lana Bordcosh, Study Manager, University of
