Hello listmembers,

Am I to understand correctly that rice has gluten in it?  I hope not
because rice is the main food I eat.....rice cakes,rice noodles,sauce
and rice...etc.  Please tell me I am not poisoning my body!!   If so
then what will I eat now. I was diagnosed in the 60's and have been
eating mostly rice products all these years. Thanks again for the
support I hve recieved from this listserve...you are all wonderful
people. Keep up the good work!!
