I love Chinese food ..I have eaten carefully at one place but I am not
sure they understand my english when I ask about WF/GF .. the other day
some one told me about ASIA KITCHEN off Loop W 410(Marbach). So I went
there, they ALL speak english, the only one Thai was the wife / cook,
after a couple of mishaps with me asking about WF/GF, and some not
understanding what I was saying. I finally got to the owner.. who is
english (husband of the Thai lady) .. well he came to me and said
"Celiac" after shaking my head a few times and stuttering over myself, I
am sure my look was noticeable .. he said he was a retired Air Force
pharmacist and knew about the disease and even had a few customers who
eat there . wooppeee! He said just ask for him and he will assure there
is no Wheat or gluten (he holds back some meat just for these
customers!) oooho am I a happy camper!

I have no financial gain with this place ( I wish I did!) but I just
HAD to share .. I am sooo happy!!!! I had a beef dish .. and I enjoyed
every bite!!

Put this on your list if you come to San Antonio .
