Today, I am introducing the new informational blog I have started as a free
service to college students and parents at www.gfcollegestudent.blogspot.com
<http://www.gfcollegestudent.blogspot.com/> . For those of you who are not
familiar with blogs, they are a convenient way to communicate over the
internet. It is like a list serve with one person editing the content.
Opinions are expressed freely.

I have chosen to use the blog format like an interactive question and answer
news column. You can ask questions about college foodservice and I will
answer them to the best of my ability. (I was a Director of Dining Services
at several colleges over a span of 12 years.) Each college is different and
I would like to use this blog to provide positive solutions that are helpful
to both student and dining services.

On the blog site is a link to ask a question, or you can email me at
[log in to unmask] The blog will be good reading as I am already
getting some great questions. You can add a RSS feed to be notified when a
new post is published. Content will be updated daily to start.

I am encouraged that we can shine light on a very important part of gluten
free living. Thanks for participating!
