Hi,

This is to let you know that there is a new free publication on the Gluten
Intolerance Group website, entitled "Could Gluten Be Causing Your Health
Problems?".

It contains a list of symptoms and conditions that support screening for
Celiac Disease.  This would be a good two-sided handout to use in any
situation where you would like to encourage Celiac Disease testing.  In our
local support group we provide these for people who are newly diagnosed to
give to family members.  It could also be used at health fairs or talks -
any event where you would like to give out a list of CD symptoms.  And it
would be great if someone could hand this to their doctor to help with
getting tested!

Although there are hundreds of possible CD symptoms, this handout contains
the ones that are listed in the current medical guidelines - with the idea
that it will be convincing to people who are able to go to the guidelines
for verification.  Links to the medical guidelines are provided in the
references.
