Hi list,
I just received this response from Watkins.  I had asked them what was the
ingredient with gluten into their vanilla extract.
It appeared that it is gf, a the culprit is the corn syrup.

Here is their response:

Thank you for contacting Watkins.  That would be the corn syrup.  A list
of the ingredients is available online for each product.
