Next week I am going on a 2-week trip to Oz, and have a couple of
questions:

* if I know that a product, say diet pepsi, is GF in the U.S., do I *assume*
that diet pepsi is GF the world around?

*I have my dining cards ready. We are going to Darwin, Cairns,
then Melbourne ... anyone have any 'favorites' in those cities,
esp. restaurants and/or stores?

*I recall reading some time ago that products in grocery stores
in Australia list their ingredients with numbers ... is this true,
or are my synapses misfiring? If it is true, how do I know
what the numbers mean?
