Hi all-

I got lots of requests for the recipe and only one
response with one. Luckily I dug through all my
emails - I never delete and found my original! So
here are the two!

1. Use the recipe on the container of Hersey's cocoa.

2. Recipe from Mignon Lee

one (1) stick butter
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, broker up
1 1/3 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup corn starch

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8 or 9 inch square
baking pas with foil
With rubber spatula stir butter & chocolate in
saucepane over low heat until melted & smooth. Off
heat, whisk in sugar, eggs & vanilla.
Stir corn starch into batter with rubber spatula just
until blended. spread in lined pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes. check for doneness at 25 minutes
by inserting a toothpick near the center of the
brownies. it should come out with little moist crumbs
clinging to it. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
to remove brownines from pan - lift by ends of foil.
cut into squares.

They are easy to make and so yummy! No one ever knows
they are gf!

Enjoy!
Jennifer
