Dear List Mates

A while back a poster complained that the body shops peppermint foot lotion
was suspect in causing a DH reaction.

I have a friend who works there and she has done some checking and here is
what I can tell you.
First of all they have a very good website.
Secondly, many of their products appear GF but contain Vitamin E. In some
cases the vitamin E is derived from wheat germ so could be a problem.
In each store there is a very large book that contains a full page listing
for each of their products. They give a full breakdown of all ingredients.
If the description says vitamin E, you should call their head office about
the source of that particular item. Some sources are natural but others are
synthetic(best for us).
The peppermint foot lotion was one we checked on and it appears to be
perfectly safe.
Each store can give information and their literature gives the website at
www.TheBodyShop.ca in Canada and phone # 1-800-387-4592 again, in Canada.
I just tries their hair spray and it is really good. Considering the amount
I must ingest every morning just in my coffe,I think it is important that it
be GF.

I hope that helps someone out there in cyberspace!
