                (Between Arlington Hts. Rd. and Rt. 53)
                Conference Room ground floor
 
DIRECTIONS:     From EAST OR WEST on 1-90: Exit on Rt. 53 South, Pass
Woodfield Mall, at Biesterfield turn left, the hospital is 1 1/2 blocks
on the left.
 
>From NORTH on 294: Exit at 1-90 West, continue by following directions
above.
 
>From SOUTH on 294: Exit 290 West, Follow sip "to Rockford".  Exit on
Biesterfield and go east (right), the hospital is 1 1/2 blocks on the
left.
